1. Agreement Between User and bikinisports.com
Welcome to bikinisports.com, operated by BKN Productions LLC dba Bikini Sports ("we," "us," or "Bikini Sports"). The bikinisports.com website (the "Site") is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your use of bikinisports.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
2. Site Purpose
Bikinisports.com is an e-commerce and entertainment platform offering free content (blogs, teasers), paid memberships, pay-per-view videos, digital currency (Premium Coin Credits), and merchandise to entertain and inspire.
3. Electronic Communications
Visiting bikinisports.com or sending emails to Bikini Sports constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer
- Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including all purchases and Premium Coin Credit transactions
You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Bikini Sports is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Bikini Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
5. Age Restriction
Bikini Sports does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use bikinisports.com. If you are under 18, do not use this site.
6. Memberships and Subscriptions
6.1 VIP Membership Tiers
Bikini Sports offers recurring VIP memberships at multiple billing intervals (monthly, annual, and lifetime). Each tier provides access to the VIP content library and additional benefits including discounted pricing on premium content and automatic Premium Coin Credit refills.
6.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval selected during signup (monthly or annually). Lifetime memberships are billed as a one-time payment. All billing is processed through our authorized third-party payment processors (Segpay or EC Suite). Charges will appear on your bank statement as BKN SPORTS. 6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@bikinisports.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscription content and your coin balance until the end of the paid period. Coin refills cease upon the effective cancellation date.
6.4 VIP Pricing Benefits
Active VIP members receive a 50% discount on all premium (pay-per-view) content. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and is reflected in the "VIP Member Price" displayed on all premium content pages. This discount is only available while your VIP membership is active.
7. Premium Coin Credits
Summary: Premium Coin Credits are a digital currency for purchasing premium content on bikinisports.com. Each coin equals $1.00 USD. Coins never expire. Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7.1 Definition and Value
Premium Coin Credits ("Coins") are a proprietary digital currency issued by Bikini Sports for use exclusively on bikinisports.com. Each Coin has a fixed value of one United States dollar ($1.00 USD). Coins are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged outside the bikinisports.com platform.
7.2 Earning Coins Through Membership
Active VIP members receive automatic Coin refills on each billing cycle. The number of Coins credited per cycle depends on the membership tier:
- Monthly VIP: 15 Coins per billing cycle
- Annual VIP: 20 Coins per billing cycle
- Lifetime VIP: 25 Coins per billing cycle
Coins are credited automatically on the billing renewal date. Coin refills cease when a subscription is cancelled or lapses, effective at the end of the current billing period.
7.3 Purchasing Coin Packs
Active VIP members may purchase additional Coins in pre-set packs. The following packs are currently available:
- 50 Coins for $50.00 ($1.00 per coin)
- 110 Coins (100 + 10 bonus) for $100.00 ($0.91 per coin)
- 175 Coins (150 + 25 bonus) for $150.00 ($0.86 per coin)
Coin pack purchases are processed via Segpay or EC Suite and are added to your account balance instantly. Coin pack availability and pricing are subject to change. Bonus Coins included in packs are subject to the same terms as earned Coins. Coin packs are available exclusively to active VIP members.
7.4 Using Coins
Coins may be used to purchase (unlock) premium pay-per-view content on bikinisports.com. When using Coins:
- The Coin cost of a scene is the VIP Member Price rounded up to the nearest whole Coin (e.g., a $39.99 scene costs 40 Coins).
- If your Coin balance is sufficient, the full price is deducted from your Coins with no additional card charge.
- If your Coin balance is insufficient, you may split payment: Coins are applied first at $1.00 each, and the remaining balance is charged to your card.
- You always have the option to pay entirely with a credit card and preserve your Coin balance.
- Coupon codes, if applicable, are applied before Coins are calculated.
The payment priority is: (1) Coupon codes, (2) Coin Credits, (3) Credit card.
7.5 Coin Expiration and Retention
Coins do not expire. Your Coin balance persists indefinitely, including after subscription cancellation. If you cancel your VIP membership, your existing Coin balance remains in your account and can be used at any time, including if you reactivate your membership. Coin refills resume upon reactivation.
7.6 Coin Refund Policy
Coins are non-refundable. Purchased Coin packs are final sale and are not eligible for monetary refunds. Earned Coins (from membership refills) are not eligible for refund. Scenes purchased with Coins are non-refundable. In the event of a billing error or unauthorized purchase, Bikini Sports may, at its sole discretion, reverse a Coin transaction and restore the Coins to your balance. 7.7 Coin Balance and Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining Coin balance is forfeited. Bikini Sports is not obligated to refund or compensate for forfeited Coins. We encourage you to use your Coins regularly and maintain compliance with all Terms.
7.8 Modification of Coin Program
Bikini Sports reserves the right to modify the Premium Coin Credits program, including Coin values, earning rates, pack pricing, and availability. Material changes will be communicated via email and on the Site with at least 30 days' notice. Coins already credited to your account will not be devalued retroactively; any change to the Coin-to-dollar ratio applies only to future Coin issuances.
8. Premium Content Purchases (Pay-Per-View)
8.1 Ownership of Purchased Content
When you purchase (unlock) a premium scene using Coins, credit card, or a combination thereof, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that content in your library. Purchased content remains accessible even after subscription cancellation.
8.2 Pricing
Premium content is priced at a retail rate visible to all users. Active VIP members receive a 50% discount on the retail price. The VIP Member Price is displayed alongside the retail price on all content pages. Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).
9. Links to Third Party Sites / Third Party Services
Bikinisports.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Bikini Sports and Bikini Sports is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. These links are provided only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Bikini Sports.
Certain services made available via bikinisports.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations, including but not limited to Segpay and EC Suite for payment processing. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the bikinisports.com domain, you acknowledge and consent that Bikini Sports may share necessary information with third parties with whom Bikini Sports has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 License to Use the Site
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use bikinisports.com strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
10.2 Content Ownership
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Bikini Sports or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10.3 Restrictions on Use
You will not:
- Modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content on the Site
- Delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content
- Use protected content for any purpose other than personal use without express written permission
- Redistribute, share, or publicly display any premium or paid content
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Premium Coin Credits system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to earn additional Coins
11. Third Party Accounts
You may be able to connect your Bikini Sports account to third party accounts. By connecting your Bikini Sports account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
12. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Bikini Sports from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Bikini Sports Content accessed through bikinisports.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bikini Sports, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your purchase or use of Premium Coin Credits, or your violation of any rights of a third party. Bikini Sports reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Bikini Sports in asserting any available defenses.
14. Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING PREMIUM COIN CREDITS AND ALL DIGITAL CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BIKINI SPORTS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIKINI SPORTS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PREMIUM COIN CREDITS, OR THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL CONTENT. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
15. Cancellation, Account Deletion & Termination
15.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is simple and does not delete your account or any of your data. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Your Premium Coin Credit balance is retained indefinitely.
- All previously purchased Premium scenes remain in your library.
- Your transaction history and account data are preserved.
- Automatic Coin refills stop at the end of the billing period.
- You may reactivate at any time and your data, coins, and library carry over.
15.2 Account Deletion
WARNING: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. This is a separate action from cancelling your subscription.
If you choose to delete your account (via My Account → Delete My Account), you will be presented with a confirmation warning. Upon confirming account deletion:
- All Premium Coin Credits in your balance are permanently forfeited with no refund or compensation.
- All previously purchased content (Premium scenes in your library) is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- All transaction history is permanently erased.
- Your account profile, preferences, and settings are permanently removed.
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately (not at end of billing period).
Account deletion is not recoverable. Bikini Sports cannot restore deleted accounts, Coin balances, purchased content, or transaction history under any circumstances. If you simply wish to stop your subscription, use the cancellation option instead.
15.3 Termination by Bikini Sports
Bikini Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Upon termination for cause (including violation of these Terms), any remaining Coin balance is forfeited and all purchased content access may be revoked. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
16. Changes to Terms
Bikini Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which bikinisports.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Material changes to the Premium Coin Credits program will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Bikini Sports encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
17. Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bikini Sports with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Bikini Sports with respect to the Site.
